Submit an abstract > Process

Abstract submission:

Abstract submission is possible from 06/03/2020 to 06/04/2020.

For each abstract, please choose oral communication or poster.

 

The template to use for abstract is the "Submit an Abstract" page.

Abstracts must then be submitted via the Submit tab (filing assistance guide available here:
 https://www.sciencesconf.org/documentation/deposant).

Warning :

The abstracts will be compiled in a book which will be made public to all participants.

Please check that you have mentioned all the people involved in the work and that you have their authorization.

ORAL COMMUNICATION

Each presentation will last 12 min and will be followed by 3 min of questions.

You are asked to prepare a presentation for an audience at graduate level in science
 (make sure that a member of your audience who is not a specialist in your field can understand without oversimplifications).

POSTER

The size of the posters is A0 format (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm corresponding to 16 A4 sheets), 
favoring the vertical orientation (portrait mode).
